I've read that a few people complained that personal details are displayed on the approval letter with the names of several other people. Is it not possible to send approval letter per family with only our names on it?

This is an electronic document allows people listed in the letter to get Vietnam visa at Vietnam international airport, enter and stay in the country during noted validity length.

According the way in grating visa approval letter, a Vietnam visa approval letter can be issued for many foreigners from many applications or issued for applicants in only one visa application.

In reality, foreigners applying for visa on arrival online surely can request for private visa approval letter. To get Vietnam visa approval letter issued for yourselves only, after submitting visa application online, foreigners should send your request to our support email: support@evietnamvisa.com.

However, in case, if you receive a shared visa approval letter with the name of several other people, please do not worry about it as this is no matter at all. Foreigners who use same service at the same time will be mostly joined into one visa approval letter. Each applicant still will receive one visa of his/her own on arriving at the airport, and pay the fee for oneself only.
