Vietnam Visa for Ethiopian passport holders living in Costa Rica

Vietnam Visa is required for Ethiopian passport holders when they enter Vietnam.

Please notice that presently, Ethiopian is categorized in the list that meets special Vietnam visa requirement. The procedure to issue a visa for Ethiopian is much more restricted and complicated than the procedure to issue a visa for citizens of other countries. This is the reason citizens of Ethiopia are able to request one-month single entry visa only, and the approval cost of this visa type is also higher than the fee for other citizens. Specifically, it is USD 240 for each Ethiopian passport holder.
