Do Angola children need a visa for Vietnam?

We are group of Angola citizens. We wish to travel to Vietnam for a few days. Our group has 3 persons including one 3 year old child. Do Angola children need visa for Vietnam? Thanks for your help.

According to Vietnam Immigration Department regulation on Vietnam visa, both adults and children from Angola are required to apply for a visa. Vietnam visa for children apply is divided into 2 cases: children share passport with parents and children have their own passport.

1. Procedure to apply for a Vietnam visa for Angola children sharing passport with their parents:
