Yes, Vietnam Immigration law regulates that Egyptian nationals entering the country for business purpose are required to have Vietnam visa.

Vietnam business visa is valid for 1 month or 3 months. For Egyptians who want to stay in Vietnam longer than 3 months, you should apply for Vietnam visa first, and then extend or renew your Vietnam visa to stay longer than your permitted duration.

How to apply for Vietnam business visa for Egypt passport holders?

Currently, to get business visa to Vietnam, Egyptian applicants can choose applying at Embassy of Vietnam or apply online for Vietnam visa on arrival. In these applying methods, getting Vietnam visa on arrival online is the quickest way for Egyptian national.  Procedure to get visa on arrival for Egyptians is also very simple as below steps:

-          Submit Vietnam visa application online

-          Complete visa approval fee

Due to diplomatic relation between Vietnam and Egypt, the cost to get visa to Vietnam for Egyptian passport holders is higher than visa cost for citizens from other countries as the guarantee fee is included. For details, Egyptian applicants can be charged USD 25/ person for 1 month single entry visa, USD 30/ person for 1 month multiple entries  visa, USD 35/ person for 3 month single entry visa, and USD 45/ person for 3 month multiple entries visa.
