Hi, I’m a Sri Lanka passport holder wishing to apply for visa to Vietnam for my trip in the next month. I found on your website that there are some notices on visa fee for Sri Lankans. So, what is the cost of Vietnam visa for Sri Lanka citizens?

According to immigration policy of Vietnam Immigration Department,   Sri Lanka nationals wishing to enter Vietnam with tourist or business purpose can apply for a Vietnam visa. The cost of Vietnam visa for Sri Lanka citizens as well as other citizens includes of two types: approval fee and stamping fee.

The visa approval fee is the fee you must pay for visa approval letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department. It should be paid before visa approval letter issuing for Vietnam visa agent that request for Vietnam visa to the Immigration Department of Vietnam on your behalf.  This fee is various from different cases.  Specifically it depends on whether Sri Lanka passport holders have a guarantee organization in Vietnam or not. 

In case, Sri Lanka citizens have company organization in Vietnam to make guarantee for their staying or working in Vietnam, we advise you to inform them to contact us. As a visa agent we will guide them the procedure to make guarantee for you. In addition, for guarantee circumstance the visa approval fee will be cheaper than no guarantee. For details, Vietnam visa fee for Sri Lankan in this case is USD 120/person for 1 month single entry visa, USD 180/ person for 1 month multiple entries visa, and USD 185/ person for 3 month single/ multiple entries visa.

Specific fee is USD 45/person for single entry visa (1 month or 3 month); USD 65/person for multiple entry visa of no more than 29 days; USD 95/person for multiple entry visa of more than 29 days and less than 90 days.
