According to Vietnam Immigration law regulated by Vietnam Immigration Department, Albania citizens applying for visa to Vietnam are required to pay 2 kinds of visa cost: visa approval fee and visa stamping fee to get visa at Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam airports.

1. Vietnam visa approval fee for Albania passport holders:

Vietnam visa approval fee is the fee for pre-approved Vietnam visa for Albanian issued. This fee depends upon the kind of your requested visa. For standard service, the fee for Albanian applicants is USD 20/ person for 1 month single visa, USD 25/ person for 1 month multiple entries visa, USD 30/ person for 3 month single entry visa and USD 40/ person for 3 month multiple entries visa. If you want to get pre-approved visa in shorter time, you should use urgent service (1 working days processing) with USD 10 more or use super urgent service (4 working hours) with USD 25 plus.

This fee should be paid online right after applicants complete visa application for Vietnam visa agent who request visa on your behalf to Vietnam Immigration Department. 2. Visa stamping fee for Albania passport holders:

Visa stamping fee is the fee is the fee applicants need to pay to get official Vietnam visa stamped onto your passport. For Albanian passport holders applying for Vietnam visa on arrival, stamping fee should be paid in cash for Immigration officers at Vietnam airport. This fee is applied same to all citizens from different countries as follow: USD 45/person for single entry visa (1 month or 3 month); USD 65/person for multiple entry visa of no more than 29 days; USD 95/person for multiple entry visa of more than 29 days and less than 90 days.

However, for Albanian passport holders applying for Vietnam visa code or applying visa directly at Vietnam Embassy, to get stamped visa at the Embassy, Vietnam visa cost will be paid for staff at the Embassy. The fee in this case is not fixed. It is various from each Embassy where applicant apply for a visa.
