1. What is the outcome of an emergency Vietnam visa?

It is a visa approval letter issued by the Immigration Department of Vietnam. With the visa approval letter; all the applicants will get Vietnam visa stamped onto your passport when arriving at Vietnam airport.

2. How long does it take to get an emergency Vietnam visa?

The processing time is started only when we have received your adequate information and payment. In some cases, clients can get their emergency Vietnam visa within 30 minutes. However, the standard processing time is 1 to 4 business hours or 1 day, depending on your request.

For weekend service ( or holiday service), the approval fee on Saturday is cheaper than Sunday service or other holidays service.

On weekend, to have enough time processing a visa request, you should contact us at least 15 minutes  in advance (excluding nighttime according to Vietnam time zone- GMT +7). In case you do not have enough 15 minutes, please contact your air ticket agency to know whether or not they allow you to get on board without the visa approval letter.  If they permit you, we can still assist you to get the visa approval letter.
