Stamping-Support Service

To minimize the waiting time and facilitate clients’ visa stamping procedure on arrival at Vietnam airports, we now offer an efficient service named Stamping-Support service (SSS)

1. How SSS works?

Client just contact us via email (support@evietnamvisa.com) or phone (hotline number (+84) 943 25 25 52) to inform us exactly your time and date of arrival (local time), and your flight number.

In case your flight is changed and you would like to cancel the booked SSS, you are to notify us at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed arrival time.

- When your flight lands off in Vietnam, find our staff with the welcoming board noting your name on it, and give our staff your visa approval letter, 2 photos and stamping fee to submit the Immigration Officers and stamp visa quickly for you.

And now, get your passport back with Vietnam Visa stamped.

2. Who are recommended to use SSS?

This SSS is highly recommended for those who:

- Want to speed up stamping process at Vietnam airport

- Enter Vietnam for the first time

- Enter Vietnam and bring along with your children

- Travel in big group (your group will be easier in gathering each other in crowd at Vietnam airports)

- Be Pregnant

The fee for using this SSS is USD 25/pax. In case you are travelling in group of more than 10, you are offered the better service fee. Contact us for details.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The cost of stamping-support service is charged prior to your departure to Vietnam. This cost does not include the stamping fee. Thus, at the airport stamping fee is charged by the Immigration officer of Vietnam to get your visa stamped
