-          The first thing a Vietnam visa on arrival requires is the online visa application submission. You can submit Vietnam visa application online

or download the visa application form here and send the completed visa application form to support@evietnamvisa.com. Then make payment for Vietnam visa approval fee.

-          After 1 or 2 business day, your visa request will be approved, and at the same time a visa approval letter granted by the Immigration of Vietnam will be issued and sent to your email. Please do note that this approval letter bears a unique code (encoded by the Immigration Database of Vietnam).

-          When arriving at Vietnam airport, you show the printed copy of the approval letter, the Immigration officers of Vietnam will base on the code on the approval letter to track information and stamp visa for you.

Regarding the fee of Vietnam visa on arrival, there are two types of fee to be paid: The approval fee and the stamping fee:

-          The stamping fee: is paid when you arrive at Vietnam airport, it is fixed USD 25 for single entry visa, and USD 50 for multiple entry visa
