How to get pre-approved Vietnam visa for Sri Lanka citizens?

Answer:

Pre-approved Vietnam visa (Vietnam visa approval letter) is issued by Immigration Department of Vietnam. With the pre-approved Vietnam visa, you are allowed to get visa stamped onto your passport at Vietnam airport.

The Vietnam visa approval letter is applicable only for air travelers.

Currently, applying for visa online via an authorized agent is the most convenient way to get the visa approval letter for Sri Lanka citizens.

• Complete the application form online
• Make payment for the visa approval fee for Sri Lanka citizens
• Receive the visa approval letter after 3 or 4 working days via registered email

When you have received the issued visa approval letter, it means that you have got important required documents to get visa at Vietnam airport. After that, you just put your passport, a passport sized picture, and the printed visa approval letter at the same place to present your airline and the Immigration officer at Vietnam airport.
