Notices when paying Vietnam visa approval fee by credit card

Vietnam visa approval fee is the fee to process visa request and to get visa approval letter/code issued by Immigration Department of Vietnam. This fee should be paid after clients finish Vietnam visa application.

To make payment for approval fee, clients can pay by credit card via PayPal or OnePay.

For clients who pay via PayPal, after receiving your adequate payment and your visa request, we will start to process Vietnam visa for you.

In addition, for clients who pay by your credit card via OnePay, according the request of the bank in Vietnam, there are some cases that the payment transaction needs to be further verified. This verification commonly happens when:

• Your nationality and your address shown in the payment transaction details are not the same
• The card you used to make payment is commercial card or American Express card
• You used credit card of another to make payment for approval fee.

Such checks are done to protect the legitimate of card holders. In order for us to do this, please scan a copy of the card (both sides) and passport of card holder (Color only) and send to our email. (You can cover Card secure Code (CSC) and cover the middle numbers and just leave the first 6 numbers and the last 3 numbers visible.

To process Vietnam visa quickly, you are advised to use your own credit card to make payment for approval fee. For urgent cases, after complete payment, clients should send a copy of credit card and passport of card holder to our email immediately, so that we can check information and process your visa request right as soon as possible.
