Change from one-time to multiple entry visa to Vietnam

Hello, is it possible to change from a onetime visa for Vietnam to a multiple entry visa for Vietnam? And how do I do it?

According to working regime to issue visa of Vietnam Immigration Department, Vietnam visa is categorized into a few different types depending on duration time, number of entries, and purpose of entry. Regarding the number of entry, there are two available types of Vietnam visa: single entry and multiple entries visa.  This article will offer details about these visa types and how to change from one –time to multiple entry visa to Vietnam.

1.   What are one-time (single) and multiple entry visa?

 Single entry visa is the visa type that applicants can use to enter and exit Vietnam one time only during valid duration of visa. Multiple entries visa, in contrast, can be used to enter and exit Vietnam more than one time within 1 month or 3 months.

In case your schedule was changed due to some reasons, and you want to change your one- time entry visa into multiple entries visa, you can refer guidance for 3each circumstance as below:
