Please do note that all the submitted information should be correctly noted from your passport. Otherwise, applicant(s) will get trouble when bringing the code to stamp visa at the Embassy or Vietnam airport.

It is also important to choose where to pick up your visa when submitting your application. Choose “visa on arrival” type if you are planning to get your Vietnam visa upon arrival at Vietnam airports. Choose “visa code” if you are planning to enter Vietnam by land or by sea, and therefore you must get visa stamped at Vietnam Embassy. It is note-worthy that a specific Vietnam Embassy (for example, in Thailand, in USA, etc) should also be noted, because the Vietnam Immigration Department will fax your approval code to the in charge Embassy where you get your stamped.
